Psychological Therapy
Initial consultation (up to 60 minutes): £200 payable at the end of the session. A brief summary report is included on request.
Follow-up sessions (50 minutes): £125 per session payable prior to the session.
The first time we meet, I will discuss the therapy contract with you and together we can think about the best line of treatment for you. It is essential that you are happy with both your therapist and the type of treatment provided, so if I am unable to offer you the most appropriate service for your needs I can recommend other options available.

Telephone/Online Therapy (follow-up appointments)
50 minutes: £125 per session payable prior to the session.
25 minutes: £70 per session payable prior to the session.
For therapy over the telephone/online, I will call you on the telephone number you provide at the time we confirm for our appointment. There will be no additional costs to you over and above the cost of the session.
Pre-Surgical Assessment
Pre-surgery psychological consultation: From £235. Standard package includes a 45 minute videocall in addition to a detailed psychological summary report and brief telephone consultation with the surgical team where indicated. Payment
Payment for initial consultation and pre-surgery consultations are payable on the day.
Once regular sessions are arranged, you can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer prior to the session.
Please note that sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
Insurance Providers
Fees for health insurance providers can differ from those for self-funding individuals. I am an approved provider for most of the leading health insurance companies including Aviva, AXA PPP Healthcare, Cinga and VitalityHealth. If you plan to use your private health insurance, you will need to have a pre-authorisation code before you can arrange an appointment. If you are insured by a company not listed on this site please contact me so that I can make enquiries with the relevant company regarding your possible treatment.
