“I cannot recommend Dr Hale enough, I went to see her regarding my phobia of snakes, which was so bad I couldn’t even watch The Jungle Book. I would become very anxious and jittery at the thought of seeing a snake. Our sessions were primarily done via the telephone and some face-to-face. Dr Hale provided numerous techniques (breathing, CBT etc.) to help conquer my fear and assisted in choosing what techniques worked best for me. During each session Dr Hale gave me techniques to practice between sessions, each time challenging more fear more and more.
